Every stage in the production process is well-atended to by selected craftsmen of each department in our factory.

The structure or frame, the ’core’ of every sofa, is made of high-quality Malaysian hardwoods, accurately incised to shape with CNC machine. We do not use foam fillers which contain chlorofluorocarbons or toxic chemicals which are harmful to the environment.

The leather, the primary material which makes up Aquila sofas, are mainly imported from Italy, where it is sourced from selected tanneries and laboratory-verified for durability and resistance to external damage. Processing continues at our factory where the leather is precisely cut with technologically advanced machinery, namely automatic leather-cutting machine equipped with CNC (Computerised Numerical Control). This upholstery (Leather, coupled with other materials) is then painstakingly tailored by our skillful craftsmen with the aid of state-of-the-art- sewing machine from Germany.

We offer a selection of leathers of varied textures and types, which are each available in a wide array of colours to complement the different designs.

Upon completion, the finished products are promptly checked to ensure consistence in quality and craftsmanship, then packed and stored in our warehouse and subsequently delivered to our customers in optimum condition.
